Thinking of buying property in or near Ithaca?
I have a dozen times over. I started visiting Ithaca in 1983 and fell in love with the natural beauty of the area the activities and the homes.
My wife a native New Yorker and I kept coming back until we moved in 1989 (from California). I love Real Estate homes houses renovating investment property rentals everything about houses old and new. I have built homes and designed homes and worked as a contractor and property manager all my adult life. (I hold a Rhode Island Contractors license). I love to travel and have taken my family to many states and countries. We love to go all over but love to come back home to Ithaca. I currently live right in Ithaca and own homes in Ithaca and Danby. I would love to help you find the perfect home for your family.
