Is it time to buy? Time to sell? With affordable housing prices, and historically low interest rates many feelthat this IS a good time to buy. Especially if you are moving "up" the market will be really good to you. It’s not about timing the market. It’s about time in the market. You can rarely buy at exactly the bottom, but things are aggressively priced, and rates will go up. If you are uncertain,look fora Realtor that offersjob lossprotection. ( we do) It is cheap,and can give you the extra confidence you need.
